Named because of the golden color of an exceptional crema produced. Beans are 100% Arabica Beans that are natural and washed beans from Central and South America as well as Indonesia. Each coffee is roasted separately by our own technique which produces a lighter roast and reduces acidity and develops a smoother sweeter expresso without harsh overtones and no bitterness. It is known as northern italian style. Works well with Americano Iced Coffee.
